I wonder if David Bowie died of laughter because of Musky Bottoms?

I predict at least 2 "Musky" callers tonight.

She probably thinks Let's Dance is his best record. She already mentioned it. Clueless.

Hey, if means something to Heather, I won't argue if she plays it.

For the past few years it is now 'legal' for the government to make propaganda for domestic audiences. So look forward to not just corporate issued boiler-plate announcements of some amazing new product, tv show, or diet to make your local news but also increasingly government talking-points.

(Hey FP? Aren't they the CFR guys? Why would they write this article? Interestingly MotherJones had another take and says, to paraphrase and put in a nutshell: this development is a "good thing because now Americans can know what kind of propaganda/lies our tax dollars have been paying for for decades on VOA and other media for international audiences.")

This makes me want to sharpen my axe and start taking heads.

SRV was the only saving grace on that song.

Eh, Nile Rodgers made that whole album listenable...  SRV's guitar really made a dance record very listenable.

It's not a bad album or song but I understand what you're saying. It certainly represents a radical shift away from his prior catalog and into a much more poppy sound that I didn't like as much but a lots of bands and artists in the 80s were biting the commercial pipe, so to speak, and selling out. I remember Will Ferrell did a hilarious SNL skit about it once.

Feigned responses are really obvious with her.

Huh?  She's talking like she was there...  Hey, she's got me listening tonight...
