While we kick this around, we all know that ART is working the bolt as best he can.  He wants to come back and do his thing, but as he tells us, it is a different world today.  And everyday is another day of change and also a day of the same old shit.

ART is our bubba.  He has made us laugh, think and even write bad fictional encounters at this site.  ART has been able to do what many can only dream of doing.  He has banded together an explosive and eclectic band of 'vaguely loveable' eggheads, assholes, intellectuals, truck drivers, goofballs, good ole boys, MV and falkie,  etc.......    We are the Wild Bunch, the Band of Brothers, the Kellys Heroes (can I be Crapgame?), the guise and gals of BellGab!  WE dig you ART, all the great stuff fm the past, having you here and whatever you might build in the future.

I agree about the up and down and that is twisting me into Hamburber, if you think this board goes up and down I just can't handle any more of this. So at this point I am pulling away until there is some resolution. I really don't want to talk about it but it is effecting my health....

Yes!  1000% yes.  Art just chill...no need to be on here with our ups and downs. Take a vacation from us.  And glad you have people handling this.  Just let it run its course and tell us when it's all done.

Give keith a chance. I am sure art is tired of paying attorneys. Maybe keith can negotiate directly. If he fails maybe then give the attorneys one last shot.

Lawyers are a necessary evil. I hate them as well, but they are a type of protection racket that you sometimes genuninely need.
I hope Art, that you have an attorney who is helping you with this situation. However, if it doesn't work out, ok. Your health and well being of you and your family is definitely more important than the show

Art, one other quick thing - hang out with your cats as much as possible if you are feeling super-stressed. Seriously - I deal with really bad anxiety and just having my cat near me/laying on my lap is the ultimate stress reducer.

most important in life is to take it easy, relax. You can't force things anyway (it usually ends badly if forced). And you know there are other options than your current negotiations partner.
