Why do I get the feeling that she could be a supermodel and that you would have had the same response?  She is actually pretty good looking.

Bland is not an insult as far as people's photographs go. Bland means unremarkable, not worthy of getting in a fuss over one way or another. (And there has been a fuss about this.) That's all it means.

Bland is a negative criticism, however, in terms of a radio show that should be interesting and entertaining, although it's still not an insult.

I can't say what my reaction would be if she looked like a supermodel, but it might be to wonder what she is doing wasting her time sitting in Art's chair. As for my picture, why would you care about that? You're a little sensitive on the subject of Heather, I guess.

I don't even understand your premise. What difference does it makes what anyone looks like who has an opinion on what Heather looks like? Do they have to be more attractive than Heather, on some scale, to make a judgement about Heather? The two things have no relationship with each other.

Also, why would I use the word "bland" about the big Heather photo release if it wasn't what I actually thought about it? There's simply not much to see or write about here. I don't play games with my opinions even when I might see some benefit, and I certainly don't see any benefit in this case.
