Just another thing that Art was not at all truthful about. He claimed he wanted very few ads, but in reality it ended up having nearly as much as shows like c2c. What he in reality did was force all affiliates to cover most of HIS ads and gave them only a few minutes slots where they could slap on their own ads and that is why it was a hard sell to affiliates.

Would love to visit.  That building must give you serious vertigo, looking up.  Used to live in Chicago, and the Sears Tower was nauseating to stand beneath.  That building has it beat by a good lot, as I recall.

I wonder if at this point Heather's like fuck all of this? She doesn't sound like she cares at all, it's like she's on autopilot.  Such a shame, the co-hosting stint she did with Art that first show was great compared, sure she had nerves, and a lot of you lost your shit at the idea of a co-host, but fucking hell she sounded there. She quit her job to work with Art, Art reciprocates by sparing a social media post that I supposed could be characterized as encouragement every now and then. Gotta admire her effort and loyalty, but I can't imagine she feels the same about 'doing radio' anymore?
