Thank you Gabbers.  I love you guys! ;D
Great voice and you have the smarts and ability to think on your feet while disagreeing with somebody.  You know that we are going to have to recruit you to call in with future guests we disagree with?

I want whatever Abby's having.
Me too. It's been a while since I had the giggles like that.  :)

Starr, I think you kinda changed the direction of the show. It's definitely been much livelier since you called in. No doubt about it.

I laughed pretty hard at "no, I've been bad"  ;D

That news story reminded me: When Jean Shepherd used to sing about Rabbit Hash, Ky., I thought he'd made that place name up -- until recently.

What's the deal with his noise reduction? What does that mean, really? How is he playing with the audio, or is he? I mean no disrespect at all to the guest. I'm just curious, what he means when he keeps saying he's using noise reduction...

Often used in post production to remove unwanted noise from recording for broadcast productions and movies or audio projects or cleaning up old tapes or records while trying to preserve the original audio sound, too much and you mangle the recording, too little and it seems not to do much improvement, of course the quality of the reduction maybe in the ear of the listener, some people swear agaisnt them others use them to try to restore heavily damaged lost recordings.

That's probably what's making her so happy.
I should try being bad for a change. ;)

One of the actors appearing at the Oregon Shakespeare Festival here in Ashland, Bruce Young, plays the Syphon villain in the film.

Burns has some good things to say -- I just wish he would share some stories . . . .
Fist off, I liked your EVP...

I also agree with this.  Rather than spenind the whole night trying to show us "hard proof" of ghosts by some unconvincing EVP's, some actual ghost stories (if he has any) may have been good to add to the mix.

Yes, Marcy was so...diplomatic.

Well, so much for getting a reasonable amount of sleep.

Thanks a lot, Rossy.   :o

Mrs Duke and I visited there during a riverboat cruise.  What I couldn't understand was why the riverboat stop was almost two hours.

Whenever I hear this song I think of Slapshot.

Thanks. We always record the interviews for our case files and in hopes we catch something like that EVP.
Burns has said some good things. Like recording short EVP sessions. It's a lot better. We'll do longer sessions if necessary, if we have a trigger device like the Boo Buddy.

"that's a topic for another show at another time"

hopefully not on MITD ::)

Zenman

Hmm..

So it goes from:

"Go away camera"  to "Amy, call me Chuck"

ok, I'm open-minded.   :D

or "Sparky"

starrmtn001

That's two EVP boo-boos.  Burns is sounding a little more nervous now.

I hope the truckers know they can call the DM telephone number and listen on their phones.
