Need help with my Honda Civic Hybwid. Yes, I said Hybwid.

      My sweet '07 Civic Hybwid is loverly, fabu, monstrous and cheddariferous (no higher compliment can be paid). But I am now in the process of upgrading it--first car I've ever done with that. I just sank a load into a complete new audio system. When I recover financially from that, me wants to customize certain other parts, one at a time as I can afford it. For starters, I'd like to replace the side mirrors, then there are other things like all-cheddar radials and soft Brie bumpers.
      Point is, I need to a) locate sources for these parts accompanied by some custom shops here on Long Island that will do a good job of installing them. I wouldn't want them to swap in Gouda for Brie, thinking they could fool me. I've done a good deal of Googling just now, and found only a few tidbits. Maybe I'm not using the right search keywords. In any case, anyone gots any ideas, advice, experience, cream of broccoli?
