My leftist cousin, who is at the march in DC, would tell you that it is a result of global warming and evil corporations (though she had lots of moral twists because she FLEW across country to go to the Woman Protest.)  Not to bring politics up here though- but it was 80 here and I wished it was cooler because digging post-holes and replacing some fences. I'm not saying I want months of winter, like relatives in ND etc, but also don't like the frequent weather changes- sweater one day and a day or so later short-sleeves. You never get "acclimated." Bundle up. Coffee, soup or stew, and brandy are good things for a snowy day.
