If you mean "build" one with, like, concrete and steel then, yes, it would be gluten free. Of course, it would be hard on the teeth and taste terrible.

Of the many bands my brother was in .. one of them did that song up to perfection. Wish I had a video of them.

He had a recording studio in his house. I'll have to ask him, if recorded it. To see if it is good as remembered or the effects of getting high.
