Richard doesn't understand the meaning of open lines. Holy cow. Why would you interview a new producer like he's a guest? And the producer is such an egomaniac he doesn't understand no one listens to hear him. This is bad. Rossy would've never talked to Richard, on the air, for over half an hour. It's not good radio. This producer doesn't understand the show and ugh.
