Austism update

Just heard right now on my AM radio that the "Dr" Wakefield of "vaccine causes autism" fame (though he now is more nuanced in his claims) is building a 40acre compound near me for long-term care for autism patients. Because it is Texas I will call it a compound (only Texans or Kennedys have compounds.) He is being interviewed by our local guy on KLBJ Radio 590 right now. There seems to be some other organization ("autism trust") involved (British lady judging from her accent, though for all know it could be his wife.) Right now the issue, they claim, is zoning (so I guess the compound is within Austin city limits which is fairly impressive considering the zooming real estate values and a 40 acre tract would be $$$.)
