Why can't Art host Coast once in awhile?

He doesn't need to, he doesn't want to, he's old, he's retired, he's deserved a rest, he wants to spend time with this wife and little girl.  In his place, would you feel obligated to host Coast "once in awhile"?

I had the idea Art would like to occasionally host but he would too easily upstage George Noory and make him look sillier than he already seems.  Art always asked smart questions and to the point.  Art was always on top of the subjects he asked about and never caught being clueless.  I really took it to heart when Art lost Ramona and I worried about him.  It is so gratifying that he can be happy and comfortable in his advancing years and that he gave a forum for so many people like Michio Kaku and Linda Moulton Howe.  He helped get us away from the tyranny of constant political bickering that had broken out since the 80's.  I hope that Art and his new family can have many happy years together.

Hey, when Art does his occasional hosting of MitD, someone should call in and ask him this question.  I think there is a fair chance he may violate his own "no bad language" rule in response.  Now that would be great radio.

I wish I could say the same about MITD, wthout Art.  It didn't make me angry, just disappointed and annoyed.

Coast is not the same anymore but Art does has a history of quitting/retiring a lot. Oh well, George Noory sucks and Art is a Drama Queen. Heather Wade is no Art because she has not quit/retired yet. I guess that Heather is following George Snoory in that she sucks and has not quit/retired.

I'll still give HW credit for stepping in with very short notice.  I'll also buy she was interested in "keeping the seat warm" for Mr. Bell.  At this point, I don't blame her for hanging on if it's her best job opportunity for now.  She just, of course, is no Art Bell.  I think she'll still say that, as well.  It's just VERY disappointing Mr. Bell has not tried to do even one show.  Apparently, doing a GabCast was OK with The Stalker but not doing a MITD show.  That's one very understanding stalker.

Come to think of it, that'd also solve Mr. Punnet's problem of headphones exacerbating his tinnitus.
