Looking at the graphic I noticed a bit of conjecture....  I always figured Camatoz used an American Standard No. 2 by U.S. Toy... 

U. S. Toy (&gadget) has lots of shady offerings, but I still recall that they were the only ones to have in their showroom a Lego Train and the same for sale...  I call shenanigans...  Of all the 'showrooms' of Lego products, I'd trust my old magical fiends over conjecture anyday...
