BTW Noory doesn't do anything. I think he answered that question one time on air and that's what I learned from it.

It is now apparent that speculation is pointless;  if he strives and achieves nothing on air, he clearly isn't able to do better when "relaxing" off air...

I would speculate that he gets a head start on the 40+ hours of show prep that he will have to do in the coming week.  Probably reading the guests books, researching the ideas a little on the web and practicing proper pronunciation.   "Febrary, Fobuary, Farrbarry, Flubuary, Fartuary... Ah, screw it... Feb."  And then he moves onto the next word.

Unfortunately this is why he likes having more studio time, it gets him out of the house.

I am surprised nobody has mentioned he spends several hours dying his hair to match the toupee. 

He may also spend some time helping the the engineers to plan his Hawaiian studio (I can think of no other reason it would take 5 years to complete aside from having George "help.")

He mostly goes on long desert walks around Palm Springs and enjoys having a plate of food in front of the television as he watches himself on Gaiam Tv


But mostly I think he just sleeps all day and listens to the guest hosts.
