An ok guest, would likely be more interesting with better questions and some enthusiasm, or at least interest, by the interviewer. I swear I've heard him, or someone that sounded like him, before on C2C or other shows. But website seems to say first appearance. Anyway, I went to his website and say this message:
["NOTE:  How to Disappear From BIG BROTHER was accidentally released with an unedited file. About ten books were sold, if you purchased such a version please email me and I will refund you."]

-interesting that the security/disappearance/skip-tracking expert was either hacked or accidentally released an unedited copy.
-I wonder what was in the "unedited file" that needs a quick retraction and refund? Might be some real good parts?
-sad that he says "about 10 books were sold". Ouch, so much for modern C2C marketing.

You probably heard the guy I was talking about in the GNS thread.  Art did a show or two with a guy... I recommended the show.  was about 2 to 3am ish...

Yeah, you could be correct. There is also a guy, name escapes me now, (maybe guy you were posting about) that has been on C2C and also on CTM who is a New Yorker who is a private eye and also talks about his past hanging out with yippies, black activists, etc "in the old days" n has done various forensic investigations for Hollywood types. And into lots of conspiracy theories. But I think I'm thinking of even ANOTHER guy who had similar sort of spiel and background (investigations, going to new identity, finding people, etc?) I also recall hearing some guy from El Paso who also runs a spy-shop type place on some radio show a while ago with some wild stories.

editted. 1999-08-25 - Art Bell SIT - Edmund Pankau - Living Off The Grid. A good show, but not the guy I was thinking of. Who knows? Lotsa of those types but always interesting shows. Though last night guy, and George totally "agreed", didn't like the idea of buying passport from defunct countries or in those few countries (that still exist) that will allow one to buy residency and therefore passport, though, it could be their only objection was if one was buying in a false name. Which isn't the only reason to do so. A case can be made for using your real name but getting a passport from a country if travelling say in a country that hates Americans as a backup if SHTF. Unless you are trying to defraud I don't (think) it is illegal to do so. I think even using a fake name is legal if no there is no attempt to defraud, skip taxes, etc  (Hollywood and Music types and Authors do it all the time with "stage names" and even legal name changes.)
