I wonder if he has thought this through?  Unless I'm mistaken- if he is victorious, he would have to send the defective product back in order to qualify for a refund, wouldn't he? And if he brings in the tech support I think he would just be out the $50 (paypal would not ask you to reimburse him for that as he could say it was a $300 bill and have a friend issue a receipt... Paypal has probably seen more scams that Senda can imagine.)

He would actually be better off to tell WC that he wants $180 for it and double his money.  Instead he is going to break even at best and send a perfectly good computer back to you.

Its up to Paypal to determine what to do about it.

I have stated the facts of the issue and told Paypal at length about it on the phone and once the tech is here next week, he will give me an invoice detailing exactly what was installed on the laptop and what steps he took to repair the issues with it.
I will present that to Paypal should they decide against me.
And I told them that MV told me to go fuck myself when I asked him WHY he had not called me last week Tuesday so it could be fixed.

Here is an article from Carey Nieuwhof  that, hopefully, Falkie will stumble across. He seems to fit all these warning signs and deserves all the karmic repercussions that will be tossed at him.

This is interesting.  Senda's Noorygab.org forum has disappeared and the domain is now parked at Godaddy.   Meanwhile, the "Whois Foundation" in Panama City, Panama registered Noorygab.com yesterday and it's being hosted on a server  in Zurich, Switzerland.

I've missed most of the events leading to this page and the noorygab.com story but as soon as I read falkie had a site called noorygab it reminded me of an idea I had.  I'm too busy to make it happen but someone here may see value in it and make it happen: sendamemoney.com it's like PayPal or gofundme but the person sending the money gets nothing but an ungrateful email berating them on how they could have sent more $$.
