Mac users, what are you using to listen to streaming radio?

I don't mean iOS on your iPhones and iPads.  I use shout cast on those.

I had high hopes that the new iTunes would have better streaming radio support, but it is still the same sucky internet radio interface from 10 years ago.  It will stream whatever you have a url for though.  But I am looking for an interface.  iTunes radio is a streaming music service that does not discover content from the various web radio broadcasters, so I'm assed-out there.

But what are you using for the iMacs, macbook air, macbook pros, and mac pros?

I am using Radionline.  I paid $10 for it from the app store.  Seems to have most everything that shout cast has, but not everything.  I am holding shout cast as the gold standard IMO.  I tried to download winamp but couldn't get the shout cast plugin to work.

Any ideas?  Falkie you are a Lexus-driving mac user.  What do you use?

I was having just this issue over the weekend when trying to listen to the stream. I tried the VLC player but that wouldn't work. I just ended up listening through iTunes which was fine for me. All I wanted to do was listen so the interface didn't bother me all that much. Would prefer not to pay for a solution not because I am cheap but I feel I have sunk enough into Art Bell for the year. If Art wants to shout me a player then I wouldn't say no to that.

I use the VLC Player most of the time.

can you guys browse or search stations by keyword on those apps?

for example, I can search "para" and get all of the paranormal shows and stations streaming.
