Now I know you haven't been out of your state; you certainly haven't been to the UK.

The old hag in the throne isnt German?

Hey Pud, has a rabbi ever given you a flat
Of pomegranates?

No.

They worship YAWH and the laws if Judaism.

Yhwh (correct spelling) isn't human...It's a god of Abraham in the Tanakh. Or are you not familiar?

She was born in London, England, so no. Or do you know of a London in Germany?

Has a woman ever shown you herself with no clothes on? More than once? On purpose? Did she give you your money back because she felt sorry for you, and just had a chat with you instead?

DanTHX raises a valid point. George Noory is now at the helms of a heavily political show.
But Noory has all sorts of political types on --- many, if not most, of whom are anti-Israel or who lean dangerously close to being anti-Israel.

Good point, it is moving that way. And there are guys like Jerome Corsi on alot. Coris wrote the Kerry book with testimony from people that did not even serve with Kerry-but hey no fact-checking here. At least Rather got the axe for his lack of fact-checking.

Well I assumed you knew..But for the record Jews don't see Jesus the way non Jews do. They don't worship other humans, alive or dead. For them to have it suggested that Jesus was/is the messiah opens a HUGE can of worms.

Ah, I didn't say I didn't know. I just wanted your take, first.  ;)

Judaism, as you know, has no one living person who can speak authoritatively for all Jews or all the various strands of Judaism. It has neither Pope nor Caliph. Judaism, also, is divided into three major forms in lieu of their historical geographic concentration: Ashkenazi, Sephardic and Mizrachi. Each has differing traditions and interpretations. This recent Rabbi was Mizrachi. While Ashkenazi or Sephardic Jews may take his pronouncements to be interesting, he does not represent their form of Judaism nor does he occupy a position to change their minds on any aspect of Judaism. So he can say Jesus is Lord all day and it would still mean nothing.

Beyond that, even if he were a Trinity of Ashkenazi, Sephardic and Mizrachi, it would still add no validity to his claim. That he was respected and loved also means nothing. Judaism has had its fair share of false Messiahs --- Sabbatai Zevi and Jacob Frank being two of the most influential recent ones. They, too, were Jewish, but their pronouncements still had no determinative value, even if they led many astray with their fantasies. This rabbi is doing even less than these other "Messiahs" --- he is simply stating that John Hagee's interpretation of God is correct and that all the millions of Jews who died at the hands of their loving Christian brethren were all in error.

If, that is, his "Yehoshua" is intended to mean the Christian God. Perhaps it means something else. If he did mean Jesus by it he certainly wasn't fulfilling Jesus's commandment to "preach to every living creature" while he was alive. If the Rabbi was indeed convinced it was Rick Warren's God, he did a shit job of actually doing what the Godman said.

Some groups in Chabad, of late, have been proclaiming one of their Rabbis the Messiah also. But Chabad is just one dynasty of Hasidim, and no other group of Hasidim outside of Chabad is under any obligation to take their pronouncements seriously. Its just one of those things. . .

The whole story is being blown up because it has the potential to sell books to fat, pink-faced American Christians. That is all. Its in the same category as American Indians being Hebrews, giant human skeletons and all that other bullshit.

Obtuse? No, I'm being factual; she wasn't born in Germany.

But that still doesn't explain why Noory should state publically his support for Israel. Or not.

Even if Noory does state his position, how far could we really trust it? I'm at the point of looking at all his moves as being calculated and insincere --- designed to placate all his core audience. He supports Tarot cards, for instance, but denies the safety of Ouija boards.

Similarly, he probably will say he supports Israel's rights to exist but he doesn't condone the excesses of the Israeli regime. This pleases everyone, but its an easy position to have and state when you're safe and sound in your American easy chair. But if a fucking suicide bomb were to go off in that shit gas station he buys his pesto-Turkey wraps at, his view of "excess" would change dramatically.

Oh yeah, pick out Noory, he's unique when it comes to humanity.. Cos EVERY other radio host is oh so sincere and so unambiguous, even those who don't have a permanent residence. Is he the only person you pick apart, or do you do it with everyone on TV and radio, and indeed the internet? And if not, why not?

Hoagland is a massive attention whore.  Don't compare me to him.

He faked his own death.

I support Israel and it's people.   Anyone that loves freedom and G_d should too.

You faked his death in a bizarre attempt at getting a rise out of people, which is what you're doing here. You don't give a shit about Israel or God, or else you'd act like it. Thou shalt not bear false witness comes to mind, you're violating the ever living shit out of that one in this thread. You're also doing Israel no favors, you represent bad PR for them. Trust me, people like you are the LAST thing Israel needs or wants.

You're just another attention whore. One of those types who gets off on people pointing at them and saying "What an asshole!"

I don't see it that way, SciFi. Perhaps I'm wrong but George Noory has been given a pass on the Israeli-Palestinian conflict for far too long. Its a disservice to his listeners that he doesn't make a clear, unambiguous and sincere statement about his thoughts on it. Until he does that, all he does is let them wander in the dark, groping for an answer. He has anti-Israeli people on his show routinely and doesn't call them out on it, yet he sits with the posture of a "beloved American broadcaster."

George Noory needs to get on this thread and make a statement. Then he needs to follow it up by a public statement on Coast to Coast, and a Youtube video.

Not a rhetorical question. I actually don't know.

You don't want shit, you're just out to fuck with people. You're just too obvious and trying way too hard with it. Look, there are better hobbies out there than trying to get reactions from people on a message board. Fishing is always a good one, chasing women, drinking, skeet shooting, just about anything really.

You implied that Americans are insular. No, we got the shit knocked out of us with a gargantuan terrorist attack and it didn't seem to make anyone any more or less pro-Israel than they were before. If anything, popular support for Israel in the US is lower than it was in the 90's, but it's still way higher than in any other western country.

Where did I imply Americans were insular?

The post was about Noory. And it wasn't even about Noory's views --- which are unknown --- it was about the possibility he might craft his views to seem popular, and that if he does craft his views to be popular, that such popularist views would be instantly dashed to pieces if he experienced Palestinian savagery first hand.

Perhaps I wasn't careful enough to make this clear. I'm re-reading my post and it seems clear to me.
