Should SiriusXM Sue Art??

you know they have a contract.  Art's web site says:  We have already identified many ways to bring a LIVE stream to you, it's now just a contractual issue. Stay tuned...

So by abruptly "quitting" like this, surely SXM has  legal cause of action.  Should they sue?  Should they enforce the non-compete (assuming they have one)????

I'm a contracts lawyer.  Law suits like these can take years, and cost hundreds of thousands of $$, win or lose.  What will Sirius do?  What will Art do??  What's this world coming to?????

Damn, this place is so busy right now..

My guess is he refused to sign a non-compete, because he made that comment one night on Dark Matter about not being able to go on for 3 years bc of the C2C compete clause.

Sirius would be stupid not to sue him if they could, but Art is smart enough to not put himself in a position to lose much.  At least I don't think he would.
