I doubt either party has thought too much about it in the past 3 months. Sirius has moved on and Art has stated he is not going to fight for his freedom. I assume Art has moved on too.

Just got home to 111°F (44°C) of global melting. Third day in a row above 40°C and tomorrow is the same. Never experienced that in my lifetime.

Agreed. Easier to warm up than cool down. Having said that it doesn't get anywhere near as cold as that here in winter so I can't really compare.
