Are all these errors isolated to Art's show? That is, is it because he is so popular that too many people are trying to access the channel at one time? Does this happen to any other shows eg: Howard Stern?

I take cingular sometimes for allergies ..it makes me a tad depressed so i try not to take it often..but it works !!
