As I wrote last night on the "George Noory Sucks" thread, I would like for George to apologize to Art for having Oates on the show last Thursday (Sep. 5). In my opinion, what George did was a vicious, mean-spirited act. No decent human being would do such a thing.

If George has any respect for Art Bell, he should take a few minutes at the beginning of the show and apologize to Art Bell. AND he should make it very clear that he will never again have David Oates on the show.

Yeah he probably should apologize, but why do you care so much? Why are people who are not even involved taking it so personally? I don't really get it. I did vote "who cares", because honestly..who cares.

Should he? Yeah. Will he? No. Too many Coast listeners are mushrooms; no sense in alerting them to an issue they'd never know about otherwise. That, and George just won't admit wrongdoing.

Why? It would be an absolute lie anyway. Move on. Let George and C2C die.

This. It's been on life support for years. Time to pull the plug.

Geaux to hell Dave. Its only a matter of time before your listeners wise up and your(arts) show goes down in flames. Enjoy it while it lasts. Soon, no one will remember who you are and you'll just be the guy that used to host Art's old show.

I think George owes each and every one of us a dollar.

It was a private feud between Art and Oates. It was settled to the satisfaction of both parties.

Art has absolutely nothing to do with  C2C any longer, and further, has been harshly critical of the current host as well as the show.

I don't recall GN ever saying a negative word about Art. I don't think GN owes Art, his audience, you, me or anybody, a single thing. If you don't like the show; don't listen! I don't listen, because I think it sucks (with the exception, of course, of GK), but I think it's a little warped to go after Noory with such zeal. This BS of prank calling the show, etc., is beyond childish.

I've said it before, and I'll repeat here. There is a whole lot to this story that is not known. From what I can determine, with respect to all parties involved, there are no paragons of virtue, but rather deeply flawed humans, doing what deeply flawed humans do.

It's time to just let it go.

And to quote a film character icon, '' ...that's all I have to say about that''

In his own words the only mistake he made was coming to this forum to try and talk to us.

I think that George should first apologize to Marconi and the Webster's dictionary dude.

Because I despise disloyal and duplicitous people. Fakes and liars. And those who deliberately try to hurt others out of spite.

Right there with you, coaster. Yes, Dave Noorie has sunk to a new low, but Art's a big boy. My bitching about it is unlikely to change anything. I'll just focus on Art's new show instead.

Oh hell yes he should apologize to Art and to his listeners, if he has any left.  Does he have any left . . . hmmmmmm?

Apologize for what? For having some guy on that Art supposedly "banned forever"? After all Art Bell is the one that gave up the driver's seat to Noory. He's partially to blame for Noory almost in the same sense that George W. Bush is responsible for Obama being President.

And since we're speaking of "banned forever" guests... I was disappointed when Art Bell banned Kreskin forever. Yeah it's true that Kreskin pulled an incredibly lame stunt and it is also true that Kreskin should have at least admitted that he screwed up and should've apologized to Art Bell instead of passing his failed trick off as a success! However...Kreskin as a guest has much more to offer regarding his history and career than to just throw him in the trash like Art Bell did. That was pretty disrespectful of Art. If you've ever read one of Kreskin's books, you'd know that Kreskin isn't a totally horrible person. And Art Bell totally failed to ask him any good questions about his career as a mentalist when he was on the show.

Who cares. A tactful and tasteful person wouldn't have done it in the first place, so it's a moot point. Art Bell probably considered the source and kept his eyes on the prize. Who's sorry now?
