Dr. Micho Kaku is still a c2c guest frequently, he was last on a few months back in  November 2012.
Sean David Morton appears to have resurfaced, appearing recently on the popular Ancient Aliens TV series, so he may reappear on c2c too.
Some of the past regular guests (like the good witch Evelyn Paglini) were on only or mostly with Art Bell, so have not been on since Art fully retired a couple years back.

Seems like Hoagland, Quayle and Dames haven't been on in an unusually long while? I could listen to their smug, obvious fraudery every week, but that's just me.

no, because David John Oates turned on Art Bell over 10 years ago and Art had to issue a lawsuit against him for slander or something.
so as expected he never returned on the show after that...

Hoagland has been on recently usually as a first hour guest and was a full show guest with John B. Wells a month or so ago.
Quayle and Dames seem to come on every few months, and so they are due again soon I bet.
