Concerning last night's main guest, Maureen Caudill (pretty good, I thought, despite Noory's complete and obvious disinterest in what she had to say):

11:30 AM on Tuesday, her latest book ranked 240, 590 in Books on Amazon.

11:30 AM today, after her appearance, her rank was 5,816.

I know that a relatively small number of sales can make a big difference in rank, but that much of a jump suggests to me that people are listening to C2C and some, anyway, are buying guest's books.

I've tracked this phenom before, under the headline THIS IS WHY AUTHORS KISS GEORGE NOORY'S ASS.

Mike Bara's totally inaccurate book Ancient Aliens on the Moon was ranked 33,989 overall the day before he went on C2C. The following day (September 25th) it was 10,546.

By October 3rd it was back to 33,998
