     After yesterday's visit with the orthodontist, my teeth are so sore I couldn't even eat spam. I think that's when you know you've hit rock bottom. Or someone's bottom.

Oh dear - I know my son was utterly miserable whenever he had an adjustment.  Thankfully, the process when t quicker than we expected and he nows has lovely white straight teeth!
