Sometimes I have to walk on the wild side.  I was happy to get him to stop for two seconds to try to explain himself, but then he started demanding that I answer questions about wood chippers.  At that point, I gave up. 

Ya, I got tired of his multiple attempts at "meme making" and actually posted a fairly funny pic of an Alex Jones spoof just to help erase or muck-up a bit of his (Choo's) "works".

I was thinking about this, outside of this forum none of my friends have any idea who Art Bell is and when I start to explain their eyes glaze over. Just a little perspective.

This pretty much sums up how I feel currently.

As far as Jazmunda, you never should have told him that his new headset made him sound like his balls dropped. He hasn't been the same since.

As far as Art taking a picture with Asia in his yard... It was 3am and snowing. He probably felt pretty safe going out unexpectedly at 3am. He had stopped broadcasting which met his stalkers demands, right?  All of his troubles with the stalker happened right as he was going to start his show or right after he started. Kind of a predictable timetable. If the stalker was trying to be covert, they would not have wanted to leave a trail in newly fallen snow, now would they?

I bet even RCH sometimes looks at a picture of a rock and says. "Oh, thats a rock".

As to your above post- This is certainly a part of my life- Along with many other other facets.

If and when AB comes out and admits that the stalker/assasin story was fabricated and he simply just didn't want to do the show anymore (for whatever reason ), will he be believed by his fans and detractors alike? Or will it be seen as yet more attention seeking/ honesty, depending on which side you're on?

Oh c’mon.  It’s like 5am and the first time in his life that there’s been snowfall, on Christmas morning no less, and you’re begrudging them a few minutes outside to have a look and take a photo?  It’s not like there’s a sniper camped out there 24/7.  And he has good reason to think it may be over now that he’s off the air.  You just can’t win with some folks, sheesh.

Waitaminnit:  As I recall the story, he saw her name and (quite naturally, imo) thought it was pronounced like “Erin.”  I think they started by emailing, iirc.  And as I recall, she didn’t mind it (I seem to recall that she didn’t correct him on it until they’d gotten to know each other a little better, and by then it had stuck).

So I don’t see any inconsistencies.  Or am I missing something here?

I wonder, honestly, would people be this much in arms over Alex Jones, or ..  I dunno..  pick a favorite radio show host in the UK.  Why do people allow themselves to be so wrapped up in a virtual stranger's life anyway? 

I don't care about how many kids he has, how he puts his pants on, or what he puts in his coffee. I'm just here for good radio.  Unless he committed a felony, what's the big deal? If someone else is that worked up about him quitting his show again, that's their problem.   Too many people expect this guy, who they don't even know, to behave a certain way, to follow certain rules, to provide certain answers.. when bottom line is, he doesn't have to.   

I'm plenty okay with asking the same questions as you, and hoping for (at minimum) some of the confusion to be cleared. But what's the point in expecting something I'm likely not going to get?
