In the bible, he says he is jealous many times.  THis means there are others to be jealous of and he's insecure.  He wipes out entire villages.  He makes racist comments.  He has poor communication skills, having to strike people with plagues rather than reasoning with them.  In Eden, maybe the tree of the knowledge of good and evil is taught wrong.  Maybe the bible actually means what it says, god does not want people to have KNOWLEDGE.  How about the really screwed up thing of asking a man to kill his child?  It's like the spoiled wife saying 'If ya loved me, you'd buy me that necklace'. 
        We already have too many people on the globe to support everyone the way they want - with the American middle class lifestyle.  Should we really be multiplying so much? 
         It takes a lot of courage to examine the brainwashing that religion did to you.  A child is often brainwashed by religion.  Is that fair?  To bombard a kid with bull when he is too young to have the logical answers to it all?  When he trusts adults to be truthful with him - and here you are, lying? 
         My biggest complaint, though, is that some people go through horrible suffering and pray, and this same s.o.b. god does not answer their prayers. 
          I am not saying there is not a spiritual element to life.  There is.  But it in no way follows that there is a god or that the fairy tales we are taught as children are in any way true.  Try to understand reality in your own way in life, find out truth yourself.  Try understanding other religions as well as those who have no religion at all.  For goodness' sake, do not discredit science.

As far as the folks who are asking for 4 hours/7 days, I kinda have to laugh at that. What we really want is 8 hours/7 days with an extra show on Sunday!

Everything is as much of a fairly tale as everything else. The only question we have to address is which fairy tales to live by. Which will I commit myself to? Blindly accepting either the religious or the scientific fairy tales of our culture is a desperately lame way to live. Live and create and encourage others to do the same.

My first memory is when every night was open lines, by far the most entertaining, in my opinion, because things moved along so quickly, my attention deficit disorder never ever had a chance to kick in, like it did last night because the guest was over my head most of the time.  Don't get me wrong, I'm not complaining, just saying that open lines is the most entertaining part of the show.
