I normally send out a "heads up" notification to all BellGab users when a GabCast episode is drawing near.  I'm not going to be doing that any longer.  The system will now be entirely opt-in.  Here's how it will work.




1) Click on "Profile" in the main menu.





2)  Hover your mouse over "Modify Profile" and then click "Group Membership" in the menu that appears.





3)  Now click "Join Group" where appropriate.  You will now receive notifications, and if your preferences change, you can leave the group at any time.

I got the same thing, so I turned off the Gabcast notification group and the  menu line returned to normal.

Just had an "Art rescues Kittens" moment here at work. Found this little one huddled against our window, seeking shelter from the tropical storm that just rolled through Dallas. She was soaked and shaking. No tags or any other id on her. We think she is a stray.

Happily, one of the ladies here is making sure she has a good home

(sometimes she looks at me like she wants to test the sharpness of her claws on my throat...)

I listened live last night for the first time. I was completely disappointed in the near 100% lack of Chunga related content. Up your game.

I remember when I was a wee gabbling, I used to hear about this GabCast thing. Then, I remember listening to my first GabCast, and from then on, the world was never quite the same. Kinda like when Jenny Clark lost her top in 7th grade.
