I seem to recall when he had Jan Bondeson on about "Buried Alive and Amazing Dogs" that Norry attempted to make some joke to Jan and was met with utter silence and then did a "are you there" and attempted to explain his "joke"- to no effect.

I think the best way to handle George Noory is to do what LMH does.  Wait for him to finish interrupting, and go on with what you came on the show to talk about

And then there was a caller awhile back describing an incident and as Noory blurted out "he probably saw ..." LMH cut him off and said "I want to hear what he thinks he saw".  Haha that was great.

I heard that one.  It was great.  I wish she hadn't suppressed the second half of her thought which would have been a dig at Dave.

I can't recall what his failed "joke" was but yeah it failed and was inappropriate, "of course."
ps: last night Norry used his crutch "FEB," instead of using the whole name February, with Catherine Austin Fitts: "we are only in the Feb!"

I don't recall that show.  I suppose I should listen to the replay (on CKNW) rather than do this from memory, but I think it will be close enough and I don't remember at what point this was, so I'd have to listen to most of the replay until I find it.

After Austin Fitts said "Yes, I'm still here"  George said "You didn't laugh. You didn't find it funny? Did you get the joke?"  And Austin Fitts said something like "Let's just get back to what we were talking about."

I really don't understand Austin Fitts. While she's clearly no economist (I don't believe Noory even referred to her as an economist at the start of the show this time which he used to do) she has worked in senior levels at a financial advisory firm and judging by her use of what sounds like that industry's jargon, she's certainly a registered financial adviser.

So, she clearly has reason to want to be taken seriously and she sounds like she wants to be taken seriously, and then she says stuff like "The economy is going into a rough period. We need disclosure so that we can get access to that alien technology."

Norry mentioned how good a ball player he was (2nd base) and that he wanted to get a baseball scholarship. Tommy was a bit taken aback that Norry's mother taught him how to play baseball. Then went to book give-away content shtick. I guess those unread books from recent guests have piled up again.

I had the radio on while trying to fall asleep.  I figured I'd leave C2C on until I was in dreamland, which usually doesn't take long.  I heard Noory say that and it irritated me more than it should.  I get that he can't pronounce the damn word, but it sounds dumb and he said it so emphatically.  Maybe he's trying to start a trend...    I can't wait 'til MAR gets here!  Then I'm going to a wedding in JUL!  Before ya know it NOV will be here!  Boy oh boy...elections!

It's a real head scratcher for George, because when he tries them out at lunch time Tommy finds them hilarious.  Tommy is probably getting his jollies by feeding George an occasional bad joke to tell

It looked like he went to the Steven Quayle style of guests. Promoted for a topic and spend about 5% of this time talking about that topic and the rest of the time talking about how religious he is and politics. Err I always get suspicious of a man who spends way too much time bragging about how "religious" he is. He certainly doesn't seem to believe in quiet  charity. Isn't he the guy who was locked away for not paying child support

Listening some of C2C yesterday and today, I sure glad Noory "Doesn't do politics"

Fitts isn't totally buying into Trump. And Trump fans call up like crazy acting like she called him the hidden devil (lets be honest almost every politician has been called that on C2C by guests) Are so upset with Fitts even though about 80% of guest (and including Noory) always seem to be supportive of Trump.

I really can't stand Noory open lines. That first hour of open lines was awful. The same political call over and over again. Open lines twice I week is just brutal. So now it seems this second half is some spiritual stuff. I swear C2C really needs Noory to take a week break (at least) get a fresh voice an topic in there.
