Guest who talked about Time Travel Cabal

Im looking for a guest who spoke about a Time Travel cabal. She talked about a cabal that had to do with "The Tower" which made reference to Mary Magdalene and use harmonics to achieve time travel. She said that they used a special location at a mountain that they would achieve time travel via harmonics to hit prep there body for a certain frequency that could take a while to achieve. I believe it was a woman that was interviewed. Any information would be great.
