A BOARD showing a G-string-clad woman has been removed after she became the accidental attraction in a real estate advertising campaign for a house sale in Mt Martha.

An ambitious agent enlisted a drone to take an aerial photograph of the property, which includes a sweeping image of the beach.

But the picture also captured small business owner Mandy Lingard, a mother of three and grandmother of one, sunbaking topless in the privacy of her back yard.

Angela Stoldt told officials she took a hacksaw to her neighbor's body last year and tried to cook away evidence of James Sheaffer.

DETAILS have emerged about the victim of a brutal murder-suicide in a Brisbane unit.

Mayang Prasetyo, believed to be a transgender prostitute, is believed to have been killed, dismembered and “cooked” by her chef boyfriend Marcus Peter Volke, 28, in their Teneriffe unit.

But, that's all they do. Every day. Given enough practice, every day, anyone can do it. Same with the military bands. Brilliant musicians, but that's what they do.
