I am equally guilty, but since I am swilling 'Nog and chowing down on scottish shortbreads at the same time, I justify it as "celebratory" and an exempt activity since it is in the "holiday spirit".  (I justified watching my marathon of Dexter seasons 1, 2 & 3 over two days last year with the same logic.) Ho! Ho! Ho!
