I'm just finishing up on an IE (7 + 8) Toolbar that connects to the Shoutcast GeorgeNorrySucks stream.

I should have the installer completed tommorrow.
Is it OK to post a link here?

Features:

Small, low footprint.

Tags
Volume Control

The toolbar could also be used to send custom audio messages/intro to GeorgeNoorySucks users...

Hummm...sounds interesting...I use Firefox though. ^^;

I'm sure Vandeven will get to this thread soon. He (or maybe one of the mods) can tell you what's okay, what's not, and all that jazz.

Doesn't seem to be much interest. O,well.

Yes, Michael.  He has given us this playground.  We're grateful - but we still give him shit when the spirit moves  ;D

cablehead..

I just love your toolbar idea.

When will it be available, and how can I get it?

Art Bell rules...

CableHead - PM Michael - or email him at admin@coastgab.com

He's been on a trip, and it's very easy to miss individual messages when there's a lot to catch up with.

MV/Liberace!

what evb said... PM me.  simple enough.

sure, post a link.  that's fine.

those of you who install it, let us know what you think about it in this thread.

Here is the link for the install/setup:

You will need the Dot Net Framework 2 installed on your computer.
More than likely you already have it from Windows Update.
If you don't... the installer will prompt to install it.

After installing choose , in IE...View/Toolbars and select GeorgeNoorySucks Toolbar.

To connect to the GNS stream just click coastgab.com on the toolbar.

Any features or changes you can think of ?

Suggestions welcome.

Edit: The stream seems to be down at the moment...
Edit2: Stream is working...

MV/Liberace!

yeah, the stream was down.  we had a really heavy storm here.  knocked out the power.  sorry bout dat.

MattyHusted

would it be possible to get one of these for firefox?

Bosco

I installed mine twice and can't seem to get it to connect. The toolbar shows up and "lines" keep moving to the right of "coastgab.com".

I am using IE7 and have installed the required microsoft  Dot Net Framework 2 software.

Any thoughts ?

Maybe I'm just paranoid, but something seems rotten in the state of Denmark.

Dunno about that - maybe - or maybe a code problem.  I haven't tried it - I'm a Firefox user.

Bosco...

Lines? The tags (title etc) scroll along the top when connected..

Did you connect?
Did you resize the toolbar?

Click on coastgab.com to connect.
Adjust the volume with the bottom blue line...
