What is the benefit of leaving one's own family for at least a weekend to babysit Senda at AlienCon?

And especially if you have to do this much work to make it happen?

Not one cent. Senda can fund his own leisure like everyone else.

If Senda insists on going to this freakshow, he ought to register for a vending table and try to sell some books and other items. His tripe is no different from the rest being sold there, and there's no reason to attend otherwise.

And Senda can't even jack off to these, not with the broken equipment.

I know the reasons for it.  He was probably my last choice among the primary candidates, or close to it.

I also know what a Hilary Clinton presidency would have been like, and it would have been much much worse.  Can you imagine that thing as president right now?
It always comes back to this.

To which I always say: It shouldn't have come down to those two twits.

If the parties had better options we would have been presented them. This was the best they could do: 90s flotsam and a reality show star. This is what their money bought.

You know, I'm almost willing to live with three more years of Donald if it means the abject destruction of Ryan, one of the biggest moral and intellectual frauds in the history of Congress. And there is already a strategy underfoot, reportedly led by the pirate Bannon, indeed to get that maggot out of the Speaker's Office. Bannon said he likes a good gunfight - I do as well - and this is one worth watching.

He yuks it up with Schumer and Pelosi, a person who couldn't locate her own ass with both hands, and the slackjaw set here continues to sit agape (their default expression). Nothing to see here. Keep watching your comic book sequels, Donald will clean up the swamp, don't you worry one bit.

Paper Boy, there are reasons the Never Trump faction existed in his own party. This is someone on record this century saying he was pro choice, that the economy runs better under Democratic administrations, and that Bubba was a good president. It's all out there on audio and video. (Surely fake, though, no doubt.)

He is such an insecure loser it was recently revealed that in order for movie production sets to use his various properties, he required a cameo. Goes back years and years. This is why his ugly mug is in such unforgettable movies as 'Home Alone 2'. It's not like anyone ever said, "Yeah, let's get that wannabe celebrity real estate developer in our flick, audiences will just love it."

Do you still think Trump's a Republican? I know the base is dumb but a small portion of his voters are more discerning.

Because he's not a Republican; never was. He's like a tapeworm that uses a dying host for sustinence, and now must move to another sickly host (Democratic leadership in Congress) to ensure his own survival. But he's not a Republican. He doesn't believe in anything other than himself.

Yes, another 'analyst' from the George Noory School of the Interpretive Arts. At least he and Hoagland get paid for their monkey business.

It's always funny how you rare geniuses have umpteen hours to post on fora all day. Our society really needs you people to be doing bigger things with your gifts.

For myself, its a new Senda Era...The worst of George Senda Era IMO.  Lazy videos most of which are not even his own imaging, ideas and news, and like WhiteCrow says, If George promises a show, it's his responsibility to make sure the Show Must Go On, but to blame it on Abram is lower than I would expect from even George.

I'm glad you posted this Rally.  I watched it, and realized what a wonderful thing it is that I havent wasted my time watching Senda videos this week.
They are awful. The newscasts might even be worse than the shopping inventories.

He has to realize there is no entertainment value to what he is doing, entertainment being one of his self-stated missions. Or he just doesn't care anymore.

Too much of a pussy to make the announcement himself.

Punts to someone else instead of taking a hands-on role in the matter. (Typical him.)

Crocodile tears about how 'agonizing' the decision was ("I'm a grandfather") when he campaigned on it.

I heard one of his biographers say on NPR recently that he is intentionally vague on details, as the end result fulfills the original promise. This is what his wall (once 60 feet high, then fencing, now who knows what) is all about. Something interesting to try experimentally.

I agree, it's the one aspect of his personality I can get behind. The negotiating tactic is sound. If they ever ask post-job interview how much you'd like to be paid, never ever aim low. You're only fucking yourself. He needs to take the same approach as a chief executive. Someone must have advised him to get up off his ass, turn the TV off and start selling legislation, which he was not really doing with the healthcare bill.

Lose an argument against another Internet person? Oh my stars!

The stakes in such a debate are very low, and you're sort of beneath any kind of effort. It's not your fault, it's just you're not very good at this.

Albrecht-

The reality is he could win many friends from both parties by pushing for a simple agenda that extends legal residence, green card and a path to citizenship for people brought to the country under a specific age.

The largess should be simple, the legislation simply stated and aimed solely at the Dreamers - not their family and friends and certainly not if they are guilty of a felony crime.

This issue is an easy way to gain back some of the political capital he's been pissing away for weeks.

They were really smart guys who didn't want to do what other people were doing. And in the most ironic twist of all, they became staples of mainstream classic rock, and others aped their work. But nobody could write tighter lyrics than Becker.

It really is that simple. These people are not just ignorant, they're literal failures, and lack of success began for them at an early age. Now because they won't adapt to the world and changing conditions around them, we're supposed to believe things like Big Coal -- you know, other things that have failed -- are worth bringing back.

At no other time in 40,000 years of human history has knowledge been considered a deficit, ever, but we're to believe that now it must. It won't do, morons.

Nor should it. Discussing the Senda experience is something anthropologists shouldn't have to sweat over.
I expect this thread to be a case study in Digital Anthropology 362: Social Media and Electronic Communication in the Early 21st Century. I say this only half-kiddingly but I am surprised The failing New York Times has not done a piece on the Falkie thread. So many of its hobby horses are present here: online 'bullying', crowdfunding, etc.

The avatar rather perfectly encapsulates Senda's greed. We're all in consensus on that.

Sex providers? Eh, I guess I am lucky I have never had to pay for ass. I once paid for a handjob (by a smoking hot Latina, I have to say it was worth every penny) at a bachelor's party in Miami as a young man, and tried to make certain I'd never be in that predicament again. (Never was.) If it works for you, so be it, pax vobiscum. Like Open Lines Abram, I am a classical liberal in the Jeffersonian vein. Unlike fake libertarian Senda. That's the problem of living in these times, Pig. A lot of the frauds want to claim they're centrist.

I only have this handle, by the way.

This staunch conservative is a self-confessed Gore (!!!) voter, probably worked at a ballpoint pen factory in Buttfuck Springs, Arkansas, and hates the world because it was shut down. Just get a job, loser. Start there and we'll work on your reintegration into society.

If you're going to quote others, like big Ike, at least attribute.

Sir Isaac was always single, he might never have been laid for all we know. So you have that in common.
