The only forum Art posts on is Fantastic Forum and the last time was 12-22-09 and here is his post:

It looks like we are not going to hear from Art, if we were I think he would have posted by now.

As being someone who intends to retire in Philippines with my Filipina-American wife I can totally relate to Art's statement. I have wished that Art had taken one show or even a half of show to explain what he Likes about the Philippines. If he comes back to doing a show He should take time so  his listeners will understand. Premier and their equipment will not keep Art from returning if he desires to do so. Believe it or not they have radio Corporations in the Philipines capable of doing anyrhing Premier can do and probably better.

Anagrammy, you really summed up a lot of our general dislike of Noory (and your insight of John B Wells in another thread as well).

Don't get me wrong -- I'm not looking for someone to knock out a breakdown of Hegelian dialectics in hour 1. And I understand that a lot of what C2C presents is borderline new age snake oil. Art Bell understood/stands that and his ability to be a carnival barker at times played well with the format. Not every minute of every show has to be Pulitzer Prize-level investigative journalism. Art blends a nice balance of skepticism and showmanship.

Noory brings nothing to the microphone. Everything he touches has this cursory, facile feel to it. Superficial, cliched and barely scratching the surface. And his exasperated exuberance just makes the show feel unbearably dumbed down.

And Noory closed again (Jan 3 show with Richard Hoagland) with a confident, almost aggressive statement of 'whatever the new year brings, I'm going to be here, guiding you through the night.' It almost sounds like there are rumblings behind the scenes and Noory's flashing defiance and empty bravado.

Maybe I'm just paranoid and miss Art.
Noory is obviously playing this for all its worth. One Rumor rsolved Seattle KIRO now carries c2c

To John Henneman:
Art needs to announce something soon, George Noory's, and Ian Punnett's reliance on End Times material is degrading the intellectual merit of everything Art worked at to build Coast! Many of us in the Adult Survivor Of Child Abuse community remain angry at George for spending a full hour talking about the death of Michael Jackson, Art would NOT have done so! If George wants to talk End Times, there are plenty of religious stations to do such at! I hope Art is monitoring this, George and Ian are ruining your legacy! Art you don't have time to make the transition slowly! We, Art, are in a new Mike Siegal scenario, it is time to end this horrific run!

There are lots-of areas where Art's fundamental beliefs are different than the new crew members. Personally I think things started to split when Art should at least some support of Obama where at time's Noory has had guests claiming Obama was all sort of things.
Its time for Art to make the break but I do hope he continues to do the new show from the Philippines because it adds to the international character of the show. I agree with keeping Art's show  from being political but sometimes things need to be said.

In his own time and place Art will be back with us one way or another. My wife is Filipina-American .USA Citizen Philippine dual citizen .We will retire in Philippines. I hope Art and Family will chose to stay in Philippines. Communication is Global.Art doesn't need to move back to USA to broadcast. They really do have quality Broadcasters in the Philippines who can provide him with the same or better equipment then Premier.
Art take your timeand when you are ready let us know. Your million + supporters will follow you .God Bless you and your family Art.
