This is the second post in which you incorrectly write Art's name. His name is Arthur Willam Bell, III.

Yeah well, maybe not in that timeline!

he was a 5th grader , so more like 11-12 years old

My mistake, but even at that age the fact that those two people were nobody's to him at the time I find it next to impossible that he not only recalls the name Arthur C Bell but the conversation as well. That's like me asking you to tell me the name of the shoe salesman that sold you a pair of shoes at the age of 11.

So this guy remembers meeting Arthur C Bell at like 5 years of age at a point in his life when he had no clue who Art Bell was and then miraculously recalls that insignificant moment in his past and not only the Tech's name but the verbatim conversation between some woman and the future talk show host Arthur C Bell. What was the woman's name I wonder I'm sure she's someone special in this timeline now too...

Did the stream just backtrack a few seconds? anyone?

Yeah it went silent and then back tracked a tad for me

4 hours would be great but I'll take 3 hours without any complaints.

Really couldn't have asked for a better first show. The short technical hiccup at the beginning was minor and the issue didn't creep back up which makes me feel more confident as well.

Haven't agreed with much of what Graham's been saying but I admit what he said regarding consciousness I agree entirely, well said.

Just checked "The Circle" kickstarter (with the screaming lady)...

Alright guys, they have 2 backers, who here did it? You're fired...

I sometimes get "alerts" from Tune-In for ridiculous things, like Girls Soccer or some Obama speech (sorry, I'm not politically correct.) I wish they would've done an "alert" for MITD and return of Art Bell. Or maybe they did and I missed it? If they didn't- they should've.

I agree with all the things they send stupid alerts about, this would have actually been alert worthy.

ah I'm on my computer...maybe the chat is only on the mobile app

I wondered the same thing and find it odd that chat would only be available on mobile but from what I can see that does seem to be the case.

My poor dog's name is Isis, and she had the name before the terrorist group, I hate that they stole the name too lol

That the beauty of Art's method, he adds an air of respectability to the absurd.

I am seriously thinking about kickstarting to The Circle. What a creeptastic movie that could be.

With that scream in the ad, nothing could convince me to back it :P

I just wouldn't back that "screaming lady" kickstarter on principal alone now...

Wasn't Madman's sofa disappearance story from a very early C2C appearance of his?  Was Redacted saying that his sofa recently disappeared AGAIN?  If not, that was a rehash too.

Yeah I'm fairly certain the sofa incident was from an earlier interview, it sounds familiar I just can't place my finger on it and I didn't really feel like calling her out. So unless he's made two couches disappear (which maybe wouldn't surprise me)...But regardless, the fact that Art's kept in touch and plans on talking to madman again just makes me happy. With a grain of salt that will make for some entertaining radio I'm sure.

Did anyone record the show?

Yeah I was hoping it would show up in the Time Travelers' Archive section but doesn't appear to have.

Is it possible at this point that is has had such a build up, that he is afraid to tell it because it is fairly minor?

Yeah I wont lie, I've definitely thought that at this point no story could possibly live up to the concept of the "untellable Ouija tale" but curiosity will always get the best of me and maybe that's part of the appeal.

TazarYoot

good call TazarYoot  when i called in when art was on Sirius i asked Art to tell his Ouija Board story and he chickened out then as well ;)

Yeah I was hoping after all these years he may have decided to share, but its looking more and more like he may take that tale to the grave!

cool! who were you?

I asked about Madman, the Ouija Board and Loreena McKennitt.

Awesome Test Show, I'm happy I got through, first time talking with Art for me.
#24
Redacted needs to trade her personal info for Art's Ouija board story, that sounds fair.
#25
Woo-hoo just got through
#26
Is there a way to turn off the constant beep of the pending skype call?

Nope, he's dead right. This has nothing to do with Redacted as a PERSON, just a PERSON who has nothing to add to Art's show.  Art can be a flirt, no doubt.  ;)

Yeah Redacted sounds like a cool person and all, and I enjoyed her interview the other night but I just personally don't see a need to bring her on regularly. But hey that's just like, my opinion, man, and I will listen to Art regardless.
#29
I always kinda hated this song, but thanks to Art, its actually grown on me over time...
#30
Did Art ever say Redacted is going to be a co-host or are people just assuming since shes tagging along for this test call? I just got the impression it was a one time thing and didn't feel like anything implied this would be a regular thing.
