"There I was, there I was, there I was.  Out in the Desert.  Shadow people flitting fm cactus to cactus.  Moving closer to my position   STalker lighting up firecrackers."
FM next to me, ART's voice, "Well, looks like this might be it."  Sensing that he might be right, I turned to him, open mouthed, tounge fishing that last smoke into better position....."

"For luck, baby."  ART snatched my last smoke out of my mouth, bogarted it down, and then we turned to face the cumming shadows.

That is way better than the story she told. So I have an idea. To accompany the bellgab album perhaps a book? We could use kdubb's poetry (with his permisson of course and he is free to submit more) and each who enjoys writing a story could contribute? Thoughts? Drawings as well. Like maybe a coffeetable book?

And HLW further embellished  her story by saying that one of her not to be named friends interpreted it to mean that “ the two had become one” - that now her and Art were joined ( or roughly something like that).
Oh I missed that part of it. But they weren't sleeping together, right? I don't know about you but I wouldn't say that about my Dad or a father figure type.

I'm on board. Let's start working on the play version of the script. What else have you got?

Okay, I've poked around looking for the cigarette story.  No dice.  How does that one go?  She and ART shared a smoke in the desert?
No according to her after Art died one of the two emergency smokes he kept in the middle desk drawer in the broadcasting cuckshed mysteriously vanished. He did this so only she would know he was there with her. Her story not mine. I don't believe a word of her bullshit.

Hey everyone is free to their opinions. That's what makes this place great.

I'm a relatively noob compared to most, having joined as soon as I heard Art was going back on the air. I don't recall any personal interactions with her. But my thoughts were likely "who the fuck are you?"
That's funny. I am heading into my 6th year here. Middle of the pack I think. Some people have been here since before it was George Noory sucks. I think MV1 had a previous board before then but I'm not sure.

First off, this is one of my favorite songs.

Second, I made it this far...

Ain't got no phone
No dial tone
Ain't got no phone
No dial tone
I'm alone in the shed
I ain't got a phone

I've got a voice
I try to sound like Art
But Keith took my phone
My bumpers fall apart
I'm alone in the shed
I ain't got a phone

I ain't got a wormhole
I ain't got no dump buttons
I ain't got a power conditioner
But I'm getting comeuppance
I'm alone in the shed
I ain't got a phone
Well done Spooky Tim!

I can't recall if he was infatuated with Heather or not. I seem to recall he was enraptured with someone.. not sure if it was her.
He was an original white knight for the Heather police wish based on your crush I am sure you know. I went a few rounds with him but never in a bad way. Other people it could be- Swishy(I mean doesn't he have like a dozen accounts) Jaz, bdubb, the Carl website guy, I mean really the possibilities are endless.

I haven't heard any of Good Dave's show yet (hoping to stay up late tonight) but based on the MITD website, these topics look interesting. Something different every night, that's one of the things I loved about Art (particularly on c2c)... something different every night.

I might have to re-activate my Time Traveler subscription.

I certainly would not bring a lawyer or even anybody who could witness the documents with me to register a trademark.  Instead, I would be sure I was on the phone with a psychotic bitch from another country. I remember signing my mortgage like it was only yesterday.  I called up a stranger I met on facebook who resides in Nigeria, looked at the lawyer and said "I'm ready now.  Let's get down to business."
Get the fuck out of here with your logic and reason. LOL  ;)

There’s no fucking way that Lhasa Apso took Heather to get jack.
Really???
I had to look up Lhasa Apso, lol. She does this. She inserts herself into the narrative so she sounds more important than she actually is. She's hoping to get her piece of the pie, like maybe a slot on that shitty network. People did the same thing with Art's network back in the day. It's history repeating.
