I read this thread wondering what I would do if I walked into a men's room and some chick was pissing in a urinal. I realized that I'd just go to another urinal and take a piss. If she tried to get a reaction, I'd call her a crazy bitch, wash my hands and leave.

I'm sure most of those women using the urinals, drunk or sober were desperate to use a bathroom. Most of the time women use the toilets in closed stalls in the mens room. I've personally never seen a woman use a urinal. In fact, most of the time men have helped clear out the stalls for the women to use the mens room. Never have I had a woman tell me she ever in her wildest dreams wanted to hang her ass on a clean urinal, much less dirty one. Some of you folks act like you've never been out much, or been verbally intimate with a woman. After all it is a waste of time taking with those crazy bitches. When you could be having sex with the chick. AMIRIGHT! 

The reason I chose the urinal pics is because if I posted a pic like below. You would say, big deal  it's a woman using the womens room. However it's hard to deny women using urinals are not using the mens room.

Cute and snarky, but this edict is has absolutely nothing to do with 20-somethings at a football game or a bar.  It was sent by the DoE to every public elementary and high school in the US.  Its not about simple toilet access.  It orders that boys who assert that they feel like a girl shall be given access to use the girls' locker room and showers...with the girls, and vice versa.   It bans TGs being directed to separate rooms.  The TGs are 100% self-determined. The normal kids are to just STFU. What this rule will probably do is increase the violence off the school grounds against TG kids.

Snark away, but be certain that someday they'll get around to sticking their thumb in your ass too.

As for pictures on the Internet showing people doing whatever wherever, for whatever reason, or the small number of transgenders that choose to use one facility or another, this doesn't change the fact that the vast, vast majority of people go to either the men's or the ladies room without a second thought or even a first thought.

I'm a male, so I look for the men's room, identified clearly as such. It's that simple -- and if it gets any more complicated than that, I won't agree with the change. If this makes me unenlightened, so be it.

Went to school in the South with the self-determined TG, born a male. I didn't like "him" at the time, to me he was a fucked up filthy freak that didn't belong around here. They made "him" use the boys locker room. He got his ass beat in the locker room by a few boys. Messed "him" up pretty bad. What happened to "him" was wrong, I felt. Even though at the time I hated "him", or whatever the hell s/he was. After all the dust settled, and some adults having long talks. They let "him" use the girls locker room. Never got "his" ass beat in the locker rooms again after that.

You're Right, nudity will be the end of the world, or was it the beginning of the world? I clutch my pearls every time I think of the children being exposed to opposite sex nudity. For Gods sake what will they do next, teach children about sex in school!

By the way "they" have their fist up my ass with many things. One quick example, on my long list. Those deviants who feel and believe in some invisible all knowing entity, who will punish you for not doing as you are told. Those folks need treatment for such deviant feelings and beliefs. This stands out to me as one of the worst aspects of the letter now being distributed to school systems. From the NY Times:

"As soon as a child’s parent or legal guardian asserts a gender identity for the student that 'differs from previous representations or records,' the letter says, the child is to be treated accordingly â€" without any requirement for a medical diagnosis or birth certificate to be produced."

The rest of the letter may be outrageous, but this part, about the parents' verdict on their child's true sex being the sole determinant without any need for corroboration, is truly insane. I'm a girl, I'm a boy, the sky is purple, the sky is green, and I can prove it no matter what anyone says. I have a letter from my Mom.

For parents, teachers, kids, school administrators and anyone looking at the issue with common sense, this letter is not simple at all. It's very problematic, just like the unfortunate results would be in your hypothetical gender-blind world.

Not every rule and convention in society is arbitrary and without merit. Rules often arise to solve problems, not just because some people like to make rules.

DALLAS, TX 4/25 â€" A transgender ‘woman’ by the name of James Goebel was caught snapping photos of underage girls using the restroom at a Dallas area Target store Monday morning.

One of the victims, a 13 year old girl, said she could hear someone’s iphone camera snapping and was curious, so she looked under the stall only to see the camera phone in her face. She ran out and told her father, who held the door shut until police arrived.

When authorities arrived, they arrested 28 year old James Goebel and searched her phone for evidence. They found over 700 photos of young girls using the restroom, from dates ranging in the past 5 months.

Goebel has been charged with possession of child pornography, intent to distribute child pornography, sexual assault of a minor and indecency with a minor. These charges along with prior felony convictions could land Goebel in prison for 20 years, as well as a lifelong label as a child predator.

Dallas’s local LGBT community has come together to stand in defence with Goebel, claiming she should not be persecuted because she was “born a pedophile and therefore can not change her sexual orientation”. This comment comes from the leader of Dallas’s LGBT Aqua Squad, Dorothy Wright.

The United States does not currently view pedophilia as a sexual orientation, but this is something that Dallas LGBT Aqua Squad is hoping to change.

What I don't get is the whole basis of this gender dysphoria that's supposed to be the reason for transsexualism.  I'm looking for someone to give me evidence this is a real thing rather than a mere delusion.

Are you saying you have a mens and womens room in your house? Or are you saying you are not to be trusted around 8 year old girls in the bathroom, or is your daughter not to be trusted around men in bathrooms? 

Simple workaround take your child into the bathroom put them in a stall, and keep an eye on them, standing outside the stall. My mother did until I was around 8. Don't trust anyone in a public bathroom (unisex or not) with your child unsupervised, it's that simple, MAN OR WOMAN.

With some of the laws being passed in the South. Doing what I said above would mean you or your child would be breaking the law. Unless you have a same sex parent to take your child to the public bathroom, or you could ask a total stranger to watch over your child in the bathroom...
