Why not, we fund every other silly study?
I think we should FEDERALLY fund them but sent them to our border to investigate Bigfeet and Chupacabra with the latest description being heavily tattooed, darker complected, or speaking Spanish, Urdu, Arabic, etc and allow trapping or even shooting for future DNA sampling if they run, fire on, or evade being studied.
