I hope everyone has had a happy St. Patty's!  ;D Been rather lowkey for me tonight as we did our fair share of celebrating last weekend.

I was all set to wish you a happy St. Patrick's day, TL, until I saw your blatant, shameless attempt to deflect attention from your shrill, inflammatory, and utterly unsupportable political screeds. Nice try, though, and the picture is definitely an improvement over what most of DT's BG supporters send me. They know who they are.  ;)

Y'know ya loves me, Ghostie. C'mere and gimme a big ole sloppy Irish kiss. Jes don't spill my green beer. Mwah! 💋

I would have been happy to, but lips that touch green beer shall never touch mine.  ;)

Will St George, St Andrew and St David be commemorated with the same drive to pretend to be a nationality just as an excuse to drink beer and get rat arsed?

Incidentally, St Patrick was Welsh. Not Irish.

Heck, yeah.  Stayed home, watched some Comet TV, greatly enjoyed one Woodstock Fall Harvest from my stock "deep below the Earth."  What can I say.  I AM a party animal.

I think there was some movement to try to get St George's day to be a bigger deal, mainly, from what I can tell, EDL types though because the rest of England has already acquiesced to the future Caliphate. The Irish don't need a day or excuse to drink to excess. It mainly is, like Cinco De Mayo (a minor holiday in Ol' Mex,) a way for brewers to get others to drink to excess and market their products. A leftist would call it "cultural appropriation" and I'm actually a bit surprised that those events aren't protested against but I guess as long as homosexuals are allowed to march in the parades they are ok with it (yes, there have been lawsuits and much media furor over that issue in the past.)

Yep, I was thinking about Cinco de Mayonnaise, too.  ;D "Ola!"

Happy St.Patrick's Day! I'm wearing my green shirt with the visage of Trump holding a mug of beer captioned "Make St.Patrick's Day Great Again!" I get odd looks because they can't figure out if it is making fun of Trump, supporting Trump, or just random weird shirt. Have fun but be safe out there, amateur night for drunk drivers so be careful.

I thought Boston was in a quarantine lockdown? But if Brady can flee I guess they allow a concert with lots of contact- of drunken variety.

Kansas City cancelled the St. Patez Day Parade.

I believe that to be unprecedented, may look into it.

I am trying not to take it personally...
