Because this is something that most socialists do. ::)

I don't know Doc. I'm pretty fond of petroleum products. Of course I don't keep pails of gasoline around...maybe if I was Antifa?

If my mail buggy was on fire, I would not pick up the BIG RED BUCKET THAT SAYS GASOLINE ON IT and THROW THE CONTENTS ON THE FIRE.

Yeah but K_Dubb is only a phoney Antifa socialist. He actually lives in a palatial estate in Palm Springs, sipping specialty coffee from his terrace. ::)

Reminds me of the line in one of Bowie's songs.  "And I'm putting out fire...with gasoline!"

100 years ago... Farmers? Attempted rape of a 10 year old? I'm going to say the guy was lucky to escape with his life. It does not take sections of farmland to make somebody disappear. Just a couple of square feet.

So true.  I keep picturing the farmers holding pitchforks.

I don't know why this made me smile... Maybe it is the fact that the guy already had a roll of bills. I wonder what would have stolen the guys last $10 if he had cash on him?

I'd have felt kind of ill at ease having a robber going through my pockets to see if I had any money.  I'd be worried his gun might go off.

This cartoon reminds me of an self-employed heavy duty mechanic that I used to know. One of his customers stiffed him on a $5000+ bill. While the truck was parked, he dropped a marble or two in the fuel tank (or ball bearings). Either way, they guy would apparently be in the mountains and his truck would suddenly starve for fuel with the suction and the engine would die. Once he rolled to a stop, the marble would clear itself, and he would be on his way until the next time it happened to roll in front of the hose.

I believe he said that the guy sold the truck after a few short months and never could diagnose the problem as it was so rare (but results were quite serious.)

One of my old Datsuns would die every time I came to a stop.  It was the carburetor causing the problem though.
