The guy was actually acquitted of shooting the bellboy.  There was a trial scheduled for the poisoning of his wife, but then I couldn't find any more info on him.

He must have fallen off the earth.  There is no mention of him in any paper after July 31, 1920.  His last name might have been a typo, though.  Like Rinehart instead of Minehart.
