To be fair, they may talk about the regulation of it.

The Food and Drug Administration will have to approve all e-cigarette products that have been available since February 2007. That means nearly every e-cigarette product on the market must go through an application process to deem whether it can continue to be sold.

I'm sure that is what the show will be about. From the brief bio it would seem he is an employee or spokesman for the "vaping" lobby. Just like the Tobacco Lobby guys decades ago that would go on shows and issue reports about the safety of smoking etc. I wonder if he will go over the studies about smokeless tobacco, especially the Swedish variety, to be safer than smoking? And how the taxes on various types of tobacco vary, and why? Not sure about the 'vaping'? What other chemicals are found in the 'vapors' and without an regulation I would hesitate.
