Considering there's no archeological evidence of Soultrean cultures being seafarers, the theory starts to lose some steam.

BUT, even for sake of argument, that "all humans" started in Africa and spread out? Wouldn't that cause some pause, arguably? Why some, developed cultures, or even races? And Africa, by itself and, more particularly, after the, I guess, in the theory, controllers/colonialists left, still can't get their act together (to use an scholastic term?  ) Just saying. If evolution is true why stop at some points?

Has more to do with where agriculture started, which was probably somewhere in the Fertile Crescent after people left Africa as far as I know.  Spread east and west and back to Africa as far as the Nile valley.

Happened again in Mesoamerica with corn, beans and squash.  Which is why you have all those pyramids.

Presumably because Sub-Saharan Africa was abundant with animal and plant life to provide the humans with nutritional needs, where areas like Egypt required the inhabitants to be more inventive when it came to feeding themselves.
