Let's just say that Heather resented the comments on the forum that OSOM was a better show in the months Ross was producer and she has a tendency to take out her anger and frustrations on people that don't deserve it. Peter Eberhardt is a perfect example when you consider that Keith was the one trying to oust her from her hosting position in the first place, but he held all of the cards as owner and operator of DMDN so let's fire the sales guy instead with Art's approval. Surely Pete was the reason all of those stations dropped the show and couldn't possibly be Heather filling in, right? Fortunately for her, no one wants the job so there she stays.

Putting aside whether someone likes or hates Heather's performance (or likes/hates Heather), I'm really curious if any other hosts have approached Keith, either to fill-in a few days a week or as a replacement? It seems to me even if you are a big fan of Heather, it might actually help her to not have to go nightly, especially as a novice host. Maybe it's absurd but it seems like there's a lot of talent on BellGab, frankly -- has anyone else from the board wanted to join in? Even other podcasters possibly guest-hosting once in awhile? As a listener it would sure make things a lot more fun. I'm relatively new to BellGab and maybe this has already been attempted but just throwing it out there. I'm also not in the industry and have no idea what might sell or not, but it seems to me something more creative could be tried here.

Why I just asked the other day to be a fill in and was rebuffed, well, he never got back to me, but I was rebuffed through a go-between. I'd do the show in a heartbeat and be much better at it, even if I do say so myself....
