They spy on the boiler room at the rustlers through a gilded picture of Art on the wall.  The ones that meet their quota eat a bowl of gruel beside the one heading the operation after reciting the negative confessions from the Egyptian Book of the Dead.  The ones that don't meet it get fed to Ammit (the half crocodile half hippo critter)

They had that on sale awhile back.  I was tempted, but have always found Irish whiskey to be a little... Flat with no real redeeming qualities.

I take it that you at least like Hell Cat?  Is it substantially different from something like Jamesons?

It's OK, I bought a couple bottles just to try it.  I'm not a whiskey, Irish or otherwise, connoisseur so I can't intelligently describe it, or really even compare to other brands.  I can tell you I like Paddy (my usual when I can find it), Clontarf, and Michael Collins.   Jameson I never much cared for, same with Powers and Tullmore Dew.  There is a brand called "Wild Geese" I'd like to try, as well as the Holy Grail of Irish whiskeys, St Patrick's.  The latter is exclusively produced for and exported to Russia.  I toured the distillery where it's made, the old gentleman giving us the private tour said it reminded him of turpentine.  Happily he explained it didn't make any difference as the "fookin Roosians" would drink anything and pay top dollar to do so.

My one post has been deleted, along with my account. I guess I am not one of the cool kids. That's ok. With sufficient counseling, I should be able to get over the trauma of knowing I am not wanted on a forum. Seems like as a psychic, she would be able to save herself a lot of work by not approving accounts she knew she was going to delete/ban a month later.

I don't claim to understand her motivations or her mental health. One time I suggested that she read "How to win friends and influence people" after she posted some passive aggressive shit. Maybe she had already read the book and didn't like it.

I have found it fairly easy to get along with the Canadians that we allow to use this forum. For some reason, she has decided not to reciprocate by allowing me to have membership on her forum.

Just another forum that will eventually fart itself away into obscurity.
Some people create these small forums, and make them so overly moderated and overbearing that it becomes painfully obvious that they lack control in their own lives. So they over moderate and ban people hoping they find some modicum of power in their own lives.
Falkie's boardhost forum is a good example. That one MITD forum is another. The whole "this is my forum, be nice and follow my rules or I'll ban you because I'm god" mentality. It's all quite silly and juvenile.

Pretty much the way lawyers prefer to write all contracts. Claim legal rights and privileges for their clients, deny legal rights and privileges for everyone else. Kindly sign below. That's one way to get the system to work for lawyers who can then bypass your rights. Just get people to give them up.
