Juan, you seem to get in fairly regularly on MitD.  How difficult is it, on average, to get in since HW took over?  First call? Half dozen calls?  The only time I tried to get in, I did so on my first try.

Maybe around 1-7 attempts. Depends on the topic. Friday's can be a little harder.

I'm also seeming to be on hold longer since the Heather started using Art's phone system.

She said a week or so ago that she was going to take calls earlier in the show. I think it makes the show more interesting and also makes her job a bit easier especially when she has a guest or topic that is boring or a story that can be wrapped up in a matter of minutes.
