Oh man, few do beef dishes as well as the Koreans. Maybe churrascaria.

Oh yeah!  I didn't know what that was called, but I've been to the brazilian steakhouse.  There's something about grilling large joints of meat instead of separate steaks that makes them better.

I had a lot of Denny's on my road trip late last fall.  I love the old rock and roll they play.  There was this one Denny's in Beatty, NV  outside Death Valley that I ate at like 4 or 5 times.  It was the only joint in town besides a Subway shop at a gas station.  The food was delicious.

Casino and they have that hot spring place across the street. I actual saw some kind of donkey crossing the road around there once, just like the sign.

One thing that threw me was the stuff with cheese cooked in it.  That was weird.  Does yours do that?

Yeah, I agree. Sugar is probably doing the most damage overall and it's in almost everything. Just be aware that excessive protein intake can result in an inability of your body to adequately eliminate it fast enough. If you experience pains in your lower back or in urinating have your doctor check that first thing. Dialysis ain't fun! 

I hear ya. All this talk about processed foods as I ate a huge chunk of pie and am 3 mixed drinks into the night!
