My best advice is don't drink as much as me and don't move to Alaska and you will be able to avoid most cow women.

The cow women have colonized Alaska? 😱

Didn't John Keel also observe that the sacred cows don't get mutilated?

Brahma is a Zebu. Maybe aliens dont like Zebus. Or humps. Or saggy necks.

You missed the part where the guest said human and cow hemoglobin have become genetically similar.

We're becoming cow people, folks!

akwilly

As a kid I lived on a ranch with cattle. If one died we called a vet for an autopsy. We didn't call this type of people.

The prions only live in nervous system tissue...and you can get it.  The muscles (steaks) are perfectly fine.

I chuckle at your last comment.  Cheers to you!  ;)

Always happy to provide a chuckle, Señor  =)

I wouldn't be so sure about eating steaks of an infected animal though (and god only knows what's in burgers):

"The disease may be most easily transmitted to human beings by eating food contaminated with the brain, spinal cord or digestive tract of infected carcasses.[3] However, the infectious agent, although most highly concentrated in nervous tissue, can be found in virtually all tissues throughout the body, including blood."

Dangit, Heather! I was going to ask about whether non-domesticated animals were mutilated!

The problem would be in ground meat and other processed meats if the brains, etc were put on there.  That's the problem.  Most don't do that.  Some do, and there is the risk.

Cattle hemoglobin has been processed and approved for certain transfusions as an artficial blood.

But we have similar blood because we are mammals. Ask SciFi.

Correct...however SciFi's blood may have been contaminated with birch sap.  That throws off the testing.
