I posted just his final forecast/report. There is a longer interview that they did for the news that day.

The interview I saw was from 2014, the channel's 60th anniversary, I believe.  Though San Diego TV is a lot more slick (I mean just our local channel 8 station has launched a lot of careers including Raquel Welch, Regis Philbin and some lesser nationally-knowns like Larry Mendte (for a crime, but still).

I get him [Marty] and, after hearing about how he got to do that, I like it a lot more AND get his schtick. 

He's the type you WANT on the news.  Not some effing Prima donna.
