Yes, fair enough. But I'm still gonna give Dave an 8.5 on this particularly tough interview, on the Noory-Art Scale.  ;)

I'd actually say a 9 on the Noory-Art scale. This one can't be easy to "just do a show with". This is an exceptional guest.

Dave, great show...far better than any of Art's Dark Matter and MITD shows...I won't even mention the previous host, either.

Cudos to you and your team.

PrairieGhost

I think Dave is doing a good job. This will be a classic for sure. This guy has to come back.

No argument from me there, Zenman :)

I would like to know when and how Professor Gallagher was approached to contribute his expertise on possession cases.  Did he have an interest in the topic when he was young or was it something he fell into due to the people he knew?

It's what they believe. They think they will ascend to be God like. When they say God they mean lucifer. Lucifer means of light. That's why they have crosses with the sun above them. It's them mocking. They mean Sun of God not Son of God.

Does he admit it openly?

The Apostles Creed states that explicitly, at least in English, but it depends on what you mean by Hell, a word not native to the original version of course.  It wasn't the lake of fire.

When I posted my yes i going to post that, bit figured those who know would "get it." I think I have some Arminism thoughts in me.

I always heard it was Roman (not later HRE) marches. Like Frankreich, etc. Who knows? All I know is Holgerdansk etc needs to wake from mountain against the invasions.

The problem results in getting a simple and correct translation since Germanic languages can use the same word for different meanings.

If you take "Frankreich" and use a literal High German translation, it means "Empire of the Franks" However in common usage all you will see is "Kingdom of the Franks" or "Land of the Franks" So getting a 100% absolute correct translation of Österreich might be impossible.

The translation itself is also subject to question since East March or East Mark can be translated as "Eastern Realm" or "Eastern County".

Sie sind wilkommen zu ihren Wortensalat.  ;)

I will defer to anyone with better knowledge since my interest in the subject is just casual. I have no interest in learning anymore archaic German than I already know.

Didn't Christ supposedly go to Hell after he died?  Then came back on the 3rd day?

Christ went to Compton?

I really hope that gets asked.  There has to be something that caused him to take an interest in the first case he saw... Or some clergy who knew him and thought he was the right man to answer the question...

No but all you have to do is look at his hands with the 14 and Fish. That's Mystery Babylon. Look into Marina Abramovic and spirit cooking. James Franco follows her teachings and so does Podesta and Hillary.

Because this guy is an actual Doctor of Psychiatry, not a weekend warrior out trying to prove Bigfoot.
He also told me to feel free to challenge him prior to the show as he knows a lot of what he has to share is under a lot of scrutiny and in trying to be the voice of the audience, I may not always ask what every listener wants to know but I do the best I can and I challenge big claims with guests that have an ability to work it back and forth to me.

Again another point of ya cant please everyone. If I rolled over and just allowed him to make claims and statements and dont challenge I will be told how weak I am and that Art would have done it better.  I do push and then I am told it should be a natural conversation.

IMO there is no way to always carry on just a conversation about topics this deep.

As far as lightening it up a bit too,  he was laughing during the break and said he is enjoying the show and the fact that its not all doom and gloom.

I try to appeal to guests and listeners and be a different interview then they may get elsewhere and wont just follow a list of questions that some hosts do.

Hope that helps give you some insights.

DS

Cool. It's good to get some perspective behind the interview. Yeah, this isn't your basic weekend ghostbuster dude, lol.

I'd like to know how widespread the mystery school followers have spread across the globe? Osiris and Isis. The Sun instead of The Son.

Crazy tattoos. What a freak

Jesus...why would anyone want to be associated with that type of mythological story?

Maybe because they are cock gobblers at heart?

Da fuck are we doing letting these people into government. It's like putting a furry in to head the EPA.

Does AMY listen to the show?  Maybe she could learn something.  Like how to show up for a show.

Sean92008

There's no way he would have been a guest of Heather's...

Or a dolphin in charge of the fisheries department?  ;)

Did I hear DS say that the guest was suggested by a listener?  That’s great!  From what vector?

The Dr. did like Dave’s reference to bedeviled sports teams.  I think Dr. Gallagher got about as loose and garrulous as he ever does, with our good Dave here.

I liked the question about Ted Bundy.  Intriguing.

Terrific show.

HW would ask, "Can you prescribe medicine for possessed people?"
